Our 1.5 year old golden retriever Anderson (named in honor of our favorite Cleveland Cavalier!) absolutely LOVES going to Pooch Palace. He can hardly contain his excitement when he knows he's going there. Andy is an occasional visitor to the palace and has done both day care and overnight boarding. We received a nice tour on his very first visit there last year - Andy was fine but I was having separation anxiety. I especially liked how they had dogs together for socialization, but separated them by size, age and disposition. Andy got to play in the large indoor area with the other big dogs and he was in absolute heaven. I researched a bunch of different doggie day care places online and was surprised to learn that most places don't let dogs play together and keep each dog in their own separate area. Plus, some places have very strange hours - like no weekends!! It would seem we literally stumbled onto the best one around on our first try. I feel extremely comfortable leaving Anderson there because I know he has a great time and has the absolute best care. I would highly recommend Pooch Palace, especially for big dogs who love to socialize.

Our dog Tobie is a ten year old Airedale Terrier that was diagnosed with Lupus about a year ago. She has to take about 10 pills a day. It's not easy to get her to take the pills and we had a hard time finding a daycare center/ boarding that we trusted. Our dog walker suggested Pooch Palace and just after two or three visits we were confident we had found the right place for Tobie. She goes to day care every week and we board there. Jill hires the greatest young people who love Tobie like she is their own dog. They always go out of their way to help us with her care. The are so careful to follow instructions on her feeding and give her all those pills. On days when Tobie is too tired to jump out of the car they carry her into the center. That is not an easy task---she has gained lots of weight from the medications she takes. When her feet got infected they washed them for us. I can't tell you what a relief it is to know Tobie is in the many capable hands of the Pooch Palace-crewe who love our furry senior dog and have made this last year so much easier for us. Thanks so much for your love and care for our precious Tobsters!!!

I have been taking my dog Luz to the Pooch Palace for many years now and it is definitely her home away from home. Having a full-time job and with no one at home to watch her during the day, it is very important to me that she has a place to go where she gets lots of attention and love while I am away. She is always excited to go when I tell her it's time for daycare, and I know that she is in very good hands. We also bring her while on vacation and it's wonderful to know that it is like vacation for her as well. I highly recommend Pooch Palace to anyone looking for an exceptional place for their dog to stay!!

Gracie has been going to Pooch Palace several days a week since she was a puppy. She is now two and a half years old. It was a great socializing tool for her as she learned to be with different people and different dogs. She LOVES the people and the pooches, and always comes home happy and tired. Gracie also stays at Pooch Palace overnight when I go out of town. She is very comfortable there and I know she is in good hands and will be happy with all her human and nonhuman friends. We love Pooch Palace,

We regularly take our Yorkie, Sasha to Pooch Palace for several years and have always had very positive experiences. Every dog gets special treatment. It feels like being at home for Sasha. She is small and there is consideration for a dog’s size and temperament. Our Sasha had a medical issue come up while we were out of town and the staff was very attentive to notice and took her to the vet for treatment. I appreciate how Jill called to inform, her recommendation and permission. When we show up everyone remembers her name and Sasha is happy to see the staff as well. It is a relief to be away for a weekend or week and not have to feel our little dog is in stress but is well and cared for.

My two pups love Pooch Palace. They literally squeal with excitement, as we approach the building. This is very important to me because we have a rescue pup, who was abused and abandoned in his previous life. He trusts our immediate family very well, but once outside the safety of his home, he becomes frozen with fear. I knew he could overcome his past, if only he could find the right environment. That's when I discovered Pooch Palace. After a few visits, our once-scared rescue pup was thriving. Maybe it’s the warmth of the staff or the cage-free boarding that lets him frolic with other dogs. I don’t know why he took to Pooch Palace when other places failed, but I do know it has made him a much healthier dog. He’s safe, supervised and, most importantly, happy. Pooch Palace is the only place I trust to watch my two boys.

My dog loves going to pooch palace that he whines when he realizes we're going on a trip somewhere else. Especially when we pass by there on our way to the in-laws. Jill and her staff are always extremely nice, polite, and professional. Jill was considerate enough to call me on one occasion when she was concerned that my dog might have hurt himself. She put him into a private room and spent some time making him feel better. When I arrived he was totally fine, happy to see me, and it was as if nothing had ever happened. Knowing my dog it was clear that he was playing too rough and had simply bonked himself. Her caring was above and beyond in my opinion. I cannot recommend them enough for daycare, boarding, and grooming. We would pay more for the services that they provide.

We have had 3 dogs in the past, 2 being seniors, that requred individual attention with medications & supervision. Jill & her staff at Pooch Palace, more than provides a special & unique concept of cage-free boarding and excellent supervision and loving care 24/7. Charlie, our lone cavalier, loves when we board him there so he can play with the friends he has made over the years. We wouldn't consider taking him anywhere else! We highly recommended Pooch Palace to our son & daughter-in-law & they will be boarding our "grand dog" with Jill & her staff this summer.

I've been taking my dog to the Pooch Palace for 5 years! She absolutely loves it there. They truly care about the dogs and you feel like they pamper them the way you would yourself (maybe better!). I take her to doggie day care once a week and have boarded her there many times. I often buy their homemade dog food and dog treats and by my dog's reaction they taste awesome. If you really love your dog, I highly recommend the Pooch Palace for both day care and boarding.
